8. Calmness. Don’t get too worked up. Make sure you center yourself and bring your blood pressure down. Be calm about the things you can’t control.
9. Patience. Things will not always go the way you planned, so just relax; everything will work out in the end.
10. Gratitude. Be grateful for the things that you have! Life isn’t happening to you, life is happening for you.

11. The ability to read people. You need to know if you are dealing with trustworthy, honest people.
12. Be hungry, yet humble. Nobody likes arrogant people.
13. Vulnerability. Being vulnerable opens you up to many different aspects of life that will allow you to grow as a person.
