Today we're going talk about the Alamo, California market and the hottest places to put your money in that area. This is a marketplace we truly know like the back of our hands - we have door knocked every single home in Alamo more than once. Since Alamo is such a beautiful community and an ideal location to remodel a home, it's a desirable place to live for many folks in the Danville area. Today, we want to highlight some of the best spots to spend your money in Alamo.

Westside Alamo: There are three different spots in Westside Alamo you should know about if you want to get a return on your cash. From Freeway to Danville Blvd you can get a lot of value, but it's incremental. The next section is from Danville Blvd to the Trail. Finally, True Westside can be found from the Trail to the Top of the Hill - this is the place you want to spend your cash in the area, especially if you want to invest in remodeling.
Eastside Alamo: If you want more space than what the Westside has to offer, this is the place to go. This is a beautiful part of town, but the homes are going to be a little bit difficult. Do you have horses? The Oak Neighborhoods have lots with an acre of land and a zone for up to two horses. If you're interested in joining a country club, there's the Round Hill Country Club. If you want a home with a view, Round Hill North is the place to be.
